Roy Bailey
We are proud that Roy Bailey agreed to be Music on the Marr’s patron for many, many years, playing beautiful sets for a hugely appreciative audience every year. He sadly died in November 2018. At the festival in 2019, we organised a very special tribute concert to Roy, which we called The Love You Leave Behind Collective. It featured Ray Hearne, Andy Cutting, Frankie Armstrong, Jim Woodland, Janet Russell, Martin Simpson, Sandra Kerr, Marc Block, Stew Simpson, Leon Rosselson, Nancy Kerr and James Fagan.
