Again, well done to you and all the others who put their time in. It is a great example of a festival which is really serious about the music, and you really made it friendly and welcoming for everyone who attended. Dan and I were talking about next year, and doing some more in depth planning for the technical stuff next time. Especially given the calibre of the acts you mentioned on the Sunday night. Just wanted to say brilliant weekend last weekend

I know the weather was wonderful but great organisation great beer and food also Campsite good

My kids cannot stop playing the Gilmore/ Roberts cd we bought . We also loved Manran on Friday night and Roy bailey,the African acapello singers and roger Davies. Ursula's story telling in the church was lovely as she was herself! Best of a really good bunch for us were Martin Simpson and Andy Cutting. Both brilliant but don't tell him that I'd been telling them all week we mustn't miss this fantastic folk guitarist Martin Carthy! Oops! Please keep up the good work and as a first timer this year I can't wait till next year already. All the best. Kevan tucker

Music on the Marr was an absolute pleasure, a very very special event. Very few things that I have been to can compare with the friendliness and warmth that filled everywhere. I am so very grateful to you for organising it and giving me the opportunity to be a part of it a small way. Very sorry I can't make Thursday – but echo Jean's sentiments entirely.   I've sent some thoughts to Richard, but overall I thought it was a fab weekend.  Thanks to everyone who stewarded at the church with the added responsibilities there – we raised £298.96 in the buckets, which is a fantastic amount to boost the coffers of the restoration fund. Music on the Marr was bloody fantastic!! I feel like a close friend has died, now that it's over for  this year. Honestly, it was soooo good. Of  course the weather helped the general atmosphere, but it was a masterpiece from beginning to end. Wish I could play it all back in slow motion.Well done you...I know you don;'t  do it all on your todd, but without you it wouldn't happen and the world would be a poorer place.Thank you.T

To those of you that had to put up with me nearly always having a baby (Natacha) attached to my left arm thanks for your understanding. It was very much appreciated.
